Better than a coffee cocktail: SomruS Frappé with Coffee Liqueur

SomruS is a subtle blend of exotic flavors, but what happens when you blend a blend? You get perfection. Our SomruS Frappe is a sweet and frothy frozen cocktail perfect for dessert, brunch or any time in between that calls for a coffee cocktail.


  • 3oz SomruS
  • 1oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 2oz Condensed Milk
  • 4oz Coffee
  • 5oz Milk
  • 1g Xanthan Gum
  • Ice
  • Coffee beans


Blend SomruS, Coffee Liqueur, condensed milk, coffee, milk and xanthan gum with a hand blender until frothy. Strain mix over ice in Collins glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
