Cocktail Recipe: A Coconut Water & Pineapple Rum Drink for Summer – Caribbean Maharani

If you’re based in the midwest like us, then you know that summer has finally arrived. Naturally, this has us thinking about all things summer—especially chilled, vacation-friendly cocktails. So we wanted to share the Caribbean Maharani cocktail with you. It’s a pineapple rum and coconut water-based summer cocktail that’s perfect for the poolside.


  • 1½oz SomruS
  • ¾oz Dark Rum
  • ¾oz Pineapple Rum
  • ¾oz Coconut Water
  • Crushed ice
  • Ice to shake
  • Fresh pineapple wedge
  • Roasted coconut strips


In a shaker, combine SomruS, Dark Rum, Pineapple Rum and Coconut Water with ice and shake vigorously. Strain mixture over crushed ice in a margarita glass.
