A: Only the recipe for Somrus Chai contains nuts.


Q: Are there preservatives in Somrus to extend its shelf life?

A: There are no preservatives in Somrus. The cream has been homogenized with the rum through special techniques and the alcohol itself acts as a preservative. An unopened bottle of Somrus tastes great for two years if stored in the suggested temperatures of 0 – 25 degrees C or 32 – 77 degrees F.


Q. Does Somrus need to be refrigerated, either before or after opening the bottle?

A: No, but it is recommended if you like your drinks or toppings on desserts chilled.
