SomruS Fruit Smoothie
We’ve done a few quick smoothie recipes with SomruS in the past as part of special Holi holiday posts, but figured this SomruS Fruit Smoothie recipe we’ve had stashed in our Soma-Sutra Recipe Book (A free download) for awhile and figured it was time to share it on the blog. This recipe can be made with less than three ingredients in just a few seconds with a blender. (not counting ice)
SomruS Fruit Smoothie Ingredients
- ¼ cup SomruS
- A liberal handful of fresh organic blueberries, strawberries, or mango (⅓ – ½ cup)
- 5 ice cubes
- ¼ cup water
Put all ingredients in a blend and blend until you’ve got yourself a smooth, refreshing summer smoothie.
