Somrus Mango Cream Pops

Who says popsicles are just for kids?

We’ve whipped up a batch of boozy ice pops/ice lollies/freezer pops that are giving off major tropiCOOL vibes.

Any way you ice it, this super fun super fruit has hit the sweet spot and makes a delicious handle getaway.

Warning: You might not be able to have just one!  We say (man)go for it!

Somrus Mango Cream Pops

5 ounces Somrus Mango
10 ounces coconut water
2 fresh or frozen mangos
coconut milk sweetened to taste

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds about 3/4 full.
  3. Freeze overnight.
  4. Top off popsicle molds with coconut cream and freeze.

Pro tips:

  • If you have extra mango mix, pour it into a silicone ice cube tray and freeze to make spiked ice cubes.  Add the cubes to smoothies—like our Spiked Mango Smoothie—or with a glass of coconut water.
  • To avoid any unwanted flavors or scents from the freezer, cover your trays with plastic wrap.
  • You can use clothes pins to hold the popsicle sticks upright when they first go in the freezer.
