SPIKED MANGO SMOOTHIE
We get it. Smoothies are supposed to be delicious and nutritious but we’re adding a little booze to mix! This blended fruit-based drink includes mango, banana, and coconut flavors that’ll take your tastebuds to the beach. And the low ABV content of Somrus Mango makes this poolside sipper a weekend favorite for morning, noon, or night!
Grab your blender and go bananas… but keep your lid on!
Spiked Mango Smoothie recipe (yields 2):
1.5 cups of ice
2 frozen bananas
10 ounces coconut water
3 ounces Somrus Mango Cream Liqueur
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
That’s it! These 3 tropical ingredients taste like a vacation in a cup. Fancy cocktail umbrella not included!
- Use frozen fruit to keep the smoothie cold and thick. Don’t have bananas in the freezer? A fresh one will taste the same!
- Start the blender on a low speed and gradually work up to a high speed to break up ingredients evenly. Finish on a low speed.
- The longer you blend, the smoother the drink. Still too thick for a straw? Add a little more coconut water for a lighter consistency.
- For the most flavor-forward option, use frozen coconut water instead of ice.
