This Chai Eggnog is a real holiday treat! Follow our recipe for tasty cocktail perfect for your next Holiday Party or National Eggnog Day on December 24th.
4 Egg Yolks
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 TBL Sugar (keep separate)
1 Pint Whole Milk
1 Cup Somrus Original
3 oz Bourbon
1 Tsp Freshly Grated Nutmeg
4 Egg Whites
Garnish: Freshly Grated Nutmeg
- In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks until they lighten in color. Gradually add the 1/3 cup of sugar and beat until it is completely dissolved.
- Add the milk, SomruS, bourbon, and nutmeg; stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites to soft peaks and gradually add the 1 TBL of sugar.
- Whisk the egg whites into the mixture.
- Chill, serve, and enjoy!
Garnish: Freshly grate some nutmeg over cocktails right before serving.
