Punch ah Crema

Martín Tummino is a lifestyle ambassador, cocktail connoisseur and self-proclaimed Swizzologist. He’s inspired by the history and culture of Trinidad and Tobago, and from moment he first tasted SōmruS, had this idea of creating a cocktail mixing it with the amazing products of the House of Angostura.

India has a close cultural relation with Trinidad. The result was this drink inspired on the Punch ah Crema, the delicious Mango Alphonso and the Spices that has such a strong culinary confection between Trinidad and India.

Here’s How:
2 Oz. SōmruS Mango
1/2 Oz. Angostura 7 y.o Rum
1/2 Oz. Lime Juice
1/2 Oz. Passion Fruit and Curry Syrup
Pinch Himalayan Salt
3 Dashes Hellfire Tinture 🌶
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Dry Swizzle all the ingredients in a Highball glass. Add Ice and stir until get a cold and creamy texture. Garnish with Sherreded Red Pepper and Crispy Mango Chips
